Garage Doors

Anthony (AJ) was the service provider today. Communicated effectively. Active listener. Remained very polite and professional entire time. Assessed the issue. Came to a conclusion. Quick, efficient, and great customer service. 🤙🏼

I put out a request needing my springs replacement on my home garage door. Three separate companies were reviewing my request but never reached out. 15 minutes after my request, Raynor reached out, answered all of my questions then scheduled my appointment for the next day. (YES!) AJ (technician) was prompt, courteous and honest, a huge plus for me. He explained everything that needed to be repaired/replaced immediately and what needed to be repaired/replaced at a later time. The springs that were needed, he did not have with him, so we planned for him to come on another day to replace the springs. He made some calls and he was able to have someone bring the springs to him today, so he could finish the repairs today. I would highly recommend Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors to repair your garage door. Excellent service, AJ!

AJ was totally professional and efficient! Answering all my questions patiently making it easy to understand. Great service all around from initial phone inquiry to completion of service call. Thank you!!

I highly recommend working with Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors. It was so easy to book an appointment & reschedule it through their friendly and helpful service. Great experience working with Christian! He showed up when he said he would and updated me every step of the way. He had the garage door working again in no time. He was professional and helpful from start to finish. I’d happily use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs garage door repair.

J. was Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful, and Thorough. Got all our questions answered and concerns resolved with more than 1 option. Excellent outcome from the visit.

Javian repaired our Raynor garage door! He did an excellent job of installing a new motor and spring plus safety sensors and setting up the remote door openers. He also explained how best to maintain the garage door via lubrication etc. Opening and closing the garage door is now so much quieter than before Javian worked on the door. Mahalo Javian!

Shane is a professional garage door repair guy who works for Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors that came out the first time and recommended to me to have more repairs done right away and I did and garage door is like new after he spent time to do it right. I am very pleased with the work he has done for my garage door.

AJ and Javian were very kind, professional, and helpful. AJ completed the installation professionally, and both of them took the time to explain the issues with my garage door and provide solutions. I really appreciated their knowledge, patience, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

AJ, the maintenance technician was efficient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

AJ checked the garage door thoroughly and then patiently explained what needed to be done and why the problems occurred. He gave me options and answered all my questions before he began his work. He was very efficient and thorough. I think anyone who chooses Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors will be happy and satisfied with their products and customer service. I really appreciated AJ’s patience and the way he explained things so that it was easy to understand.

Efficient and flexible scheduling practices and staff, congenial and responsive first-contact office manager (“Heather?”) with good sense of humor. Repairs markedly improved operation beyond initial installation level. Technician (“Christian”) honored the scheduling commitment and adapted swiftly when plans needed changing. He was personable (again, good sense of humor; and yes, that is relevant, in a trade where things often go wrong), and efficient with clear follow-up instructions. Strong/swift, and in spite of working solo stayed ahead of schedule. Sidebar conversation evinced smart career ambitions; again, I think this is relevant. Others may not. The house is now 2+ decades old, so we have had several repairs and refits of twin garage doors. This was the best experience among several providers (4?).

Christian T was professional, kind and quick with replacing my garage door motor. He showed me how to use the new system and how to do maintenance. thank you!

The workmanship was high quality, and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. I also appreciated that they kept the work area clean and were respectful of my home. Rafael was great explaining through the whole process.

Javian was our service tech. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. Guys a straight hammah, worked 5 hours straight in our hot garage to get the job done. thank you again we appreciate it

Raynor's Technician, A.J. was very customer service oriented, as well as being a professional in his work servicing my garage door. Informative when I had questions about service maintenance on certain areas of the garage door and the spring, as well as the programming process of my garage door openers and Key Pad.

When my garage door would not open after Lala and I had no way to get out to buy supplies, Raynor very kindly agreed to send one of their techs on a special mission to rescue me from captivity– the same day that I called them. Above and beyond. Javian was able to fix my door in less than 5 minutes, using no tools but his impressive deductive powers. Turns out the problem was the the paint on the frame of the garage door had actually melted onto the door, making it impossible to lift. Javian simply shook loose all the joints and voila!. I'm a total fan of Raynor now– compassionate and efficient service with a smile…

The motor of our garage door was broken couple days ago. Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors was called to fix the issue. So AJ the technician came today to have the garage motor replaced. He was friendly and kind, fast in doing his job. He was very accommodating with all my questions. I highly recommend the company.

We had such a great experience. From the start AJ was very professional, Greeted me with a smile He took an overview of our garage door, explained work that needed to be done & shared what options we had along with the estimated cost. We choose what we wanted & He got started with the work. Again very Professional & He was knowledgeable, He answered all my questions (and I had a lot). Thank you, we appreciated all that you have done. In Christ, Malcolm & Deneen Quartero

AJ did a superb job of installation and helped in installing and setting up the app. It would have taken me much longer without his help. Fred Harris

I really appreciated Raynor Hawaii. Heavenly was able to promptly schedule me an appointment on my day off and Javian, the technician, was very timely, professional, thorough, and patient. I’m very grateful for their help
