Raynor's Technician, A.J. was very customer service oriented, as well as being a professional in his work servicing my garage door. Informative when I had questions about service maintenance on certain areas of the garage door and the spring, as well as the programming process of my garage door openers and Key Pad.

When my garage door would not open after Lala and I had no way to get out to buy supplies, Raynor very kindly agreed to send one of their techs on a special mission to rescue me from captivity– the same day that I called them. Above and beyond. Javian was able to fix my door in less than 5 minutes, using no tools but his impressive deductive powers. Turns out the problem was the the paint on the frame of the garage door had actually melted onto the door, making it impossible to lift. Javian simply shook loose all the joints and voila!. I'm a total fan of Raynor now– compassionate and efficient service with a smile…

The motor of our garage door was broken couple days ago. Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors was called to fix the issue. So AJ the technician came today to have the garage motor replaced. He was friendly and kind, fast in doing his job. He was very accommodating with all my questions. I highly recommend the company.

Our Raynor garage door stopped working late at night, leaving one of our cars stuck inside. I called Raynor the next morning and was immediately greeted by a friendly, helpful voice — a great start. They were able to send someone out the same day, which I truly appreciated. Christian and AJ arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The motor had burnt out because the springs installed by another company in 2023 were the wrong size for our door. They walked me through the options, explained the differences, and recommended the mid‑range motor that would work best for our setup. The price quoted was clearly presented. Although they couldn’t install the new motor that day, Christian arranged to return the very next morning — and he did, right on schedule. Even working solo, he replaced the springs, installed the new motor, and added the new control panels efficiently and with great care. He took the time to explain the new features, including the camera, and showed me how to maintain the track and pulley system to keep everything running smoothly. He left the area spotless and made sure I had the manual and the number to call if I had any questions. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. If you need service for your Raynor garage door, I highly recommend going straight to the experts.

He was diligent, hard working and knowledgeable. Shane was also courteous and polite . He expressed his respect and devotion to the company. CJ did an awesome job of repairing my garage door and changing out the springs. He showed up on time within the scheduled window and sent a text and called me by phone to inform me that he was on his way. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the diagnosis, discussing options for repair and related costs and teaching how to care for and maintain the door and equipment. Kamu installed and serviced my garage door years ago. He was definitely the best, incomparable, irreplaceable. CJ is very special in his own way and a true asset to Raynor. My garage door was working fine but one day I noticed that when it closed, one end was about an inch off the garage floor. I could have lived with it but I decided to get it fixed. CJ came to take a look. Rather than just adjust the door so it was level, he looked for the cause of the issue and noticed that a part needed replacement. Two days later, he returned with the replacement part and fixed the issue. Garage door closes like it did on day one. If I didn’t take care of this, the part could have failed and caused even bigger problems. I’m fortunate that CJ took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Thanks CJ, I’m very happy with your service.

A. Marcos & A. Mercado installed my new garage door today. Both Aaron's were very respectful, informative, courteous and knowledgeable and explained about performing garage door maintenance. Aaron Marcos was very knowledgeable and kind. He arrived on time, asked me a few questions about malfunction, carefully listening to how I described and diagnose it right there then! He knew what was wrong, and explained what he would be doing before he started his job. He fixed our broken garage door in about 20 to 30 minutes and it has been working perfectly!! He even gave me a home maintenance tip to keep our garage door smooth. We are so thankful for the professional skills he offered so pleasantly!

Our garage door got jammed and Shane from Raynor came to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, and identied and fixed the issues within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend.

Shane was prompt and professional. Listened to my concerns about checking our garage door, keypads and remotes, and addressed them.

I’ve used this company 3 times, and every time they’ve been great. This last time was because the spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. I called their office and Leleaka answered. None of their techs on the road had the correct spring for my door in their truck. Leleaka offered to send a tech out in a couple hours to do a temp fix, so I could use the door until a tech could be scheduled to come out and do the permanent fix. She also said she would credit me the cost to do the temp fix towards the cost of the permanent fix. A couple hours later The CJ came out and temp fixed my door. He was very polite, professional and quick. As I’m getting ready to pay him, CJ informs me that they have a discount for military. Great! A few days later the tech, Shane, comes out and replaces the broken spring with a new heavy duty spring. Shane was just as polite, professional and quick as CJ. This company hires good people. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family.
