I put out a request needing my springs replacement on my home garage door. Three separate companies were reviewing my request but never reached out. 15 minutes after my request, Raynor reached out, answered all of my questions then scheduled my appointment for the next day. (YES!) AJ (technician) was prompt, courteous and honest, a huge plus for me. He explained everything that needed to be repaired/replaced immediately and what needed to be repaired/replaced at a later time. The springs that were needed, he did not have with him, so we planned for him to come on another day to replace the springs. He made some calls and he was able to have someone bring the springs to him today, so he could finish the repairs today. I would highly recommend Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors to repair your garage door. Excellent service, AJ!

Javian repaired our Raynor garage door! He did an excellent job of installing a new motor and spring plus safety sensors and setting up the remote door openers. He also explained how best to maintain the garage door via lubrication etc. Opening and closing the garage door is now so much quieter than before Javian worked on the door. Mahalo Javian!

Efficient and flexible scheduling practices and staff, congenial and responsive first-contact office manager (“Heather?”) with good sense of humor. Repairs markedly improved operation beyond initial installation level. Technician (“Christian”) honored the scheduling commitment and adapted swiftly when plans needed changing. He was personable (again, good sense of humor; and yes, that is relevant, in a trade where things often go wrong), and efficient with clear follow-up instructions. Strong/swift, and in spite of working solo stayed ahead of schedule. Sidebar conversation evinced smart career ambitions; again, I think this is relevant. Others may not. The house is now 2+ decades old, so we have had several repairs and refits of twin garage doors. This was the best experience among several providers (4?).
